If farming is our calling, then marketing of our produce is our passion. We are continually striving to achieve our commitment to quality. We have a simple rule "If we would not buy it, then we will not sell it". I would rather have questionable produce in my compost pile than on my stand. When you our walk into our stand, we want you to be wowed! We want you to enjoy the full experience: The colors, the smells, the new and unusual varieties. We want you to ask us questions about the farm and about recipes. Every customer we have chooses to come to us and we view that as the highest complement. Through the 20 years I've had to accept that we can not produce every thing we sell. That includes the maple syrup and, the honey, even though we do keep bees. We have built relationships with other local farm families who share our commitment to producing only the finest produce while also practicing good stewardship of our earth. We open the stand at 10AM. People have asked us why so late? Very simply, we must have time to pick what you are going to buy. If you want today's pick then we need time to pick it.
